RNAcomp2D is a visualization tool designed to obtain RNA secondary structures from several computational methods and compares them visually on a single unified page.
This web-based tool allows users to input an RNA sequence or select one from RNAcentral, and generate the predictions of RNA secondary structures using several state-of-the-art methods: thermodynamic based and deep learning based approaches.
For local use, RNAcomp2d is also available for installation via the repository.
